You will need to fill in the credit card number and expiration date blanks with a series of 1's or the order will not transmit properly. Ignore any sales tax and shipping charges that appear. You will not be taxed, and shipping will be based on your stated choice of UPS or FedEx Ground and the actual weight of your shipment. If you are on a collect program, we do not add shipping at all.

Payments are due net 30. VISA/ MasterCard accepted. (If paying with a credit card you can fill in the actual number and expiration date instead of those 1's.)

Retail accounts ordering from us for the first time, please FAX us a copy of your standard credit form and state resale certificate for our records.
